Security should commence a minimum of 30 min before event and last throughout event and 30 min after.
Attendance over 150 will require 2 guards (minimum 8 hours). A penalty fee of the required hours will be charged for under-estimating numbers in violation of the guard quota.

I will only use food and/or catering services at Young Israel of Lawrence Cedarhurst (YILC) certified Kosher by the Va'ad of the 5 Towns, or any recognized National Orthodox certification, and I will ensure food arrives sealed to the premises.All caterers must be approved by YILC at least one week prior to event and I will ensure they provide a Certificate of Insurance indemnifying YILC and all it's directors, and they have a liquor license (if serving liquor).(If not using a full-service caterer): I will hire a minimum of 2 waitstaff responsible for setup, takedown and cleanup for private events.I will provide setup plans for tables and chairs for 'non catered events' to the office a minimum of 2 business days prior to the event.Cleanup and setup is ultimately the responsibility of the renter. Our rental includes the room and use of available tables and chairs. If the caterer or the hired staff serving do not ultimately restore the room to the original condition, a cleaning fYILC reserves the right to use the hall for synagogue purposes prior to the agreed upon start time. Setup times must be cleared by YILC office and caterers for Shabbos morning events, in order to minimize disruption of regular scheduled morning programs.I understand this is an application and does not constitute a contract and requires follow-up for booking purposes but does constitute an agreement to abide by the rules of usage as listed here..PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
